1.Scope of Application

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services provided by aigpt.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to premium subscriptions, credit packages, and add-on feature purchases.

This policy does not apply to free services.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

2.General Refund Eligibility

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy, all payments are non-refundable.

You may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

1)The relevant subscription or credits have not been materially used;

2)You provide a valid order number and proof of payment.

3.Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

1.Credit packages are non-refundable;

2.The subscription service has been materially used;

3.The subscription has expired, regardless of whether unused credits remain;

4.The refund request is based on unmet personal expectations, while there are no quality issues with the service function.

5.A paid trial subscription was not canceled before the end of the trial period;

6.You purchased the wrong product;

7.You changed your mind for personal reasons (such as claiming you no longer need the service or being unaware that you have renewed) or failed to cancel auto-renewal before the billing date;

8.Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs; Due to inherent variations in AI-generated results, we cannot guarantee that the output will perfectly match your expectations. We recommend that you make full use of the provided free trial credits to evaluate the service. Please note that we do not accept refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the generated results.

9.Refunds will not be granted if you refuse to cooperate with troubleshooting efforts;

10.Unauthorized or fraudulent payments must be addressed with your card issuer. If you suspect fraud or unauthorized payments, we recommend contacting your card issuer. Because we partners with independent payment platforms, it cannot monitor the authorization process during payments.

If you do not meet the eligibility requirements above, fees paid are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4.Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may disable auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation stops future charges only and does not result in retroactive refunds.

We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

2)Incomplete requests may delay or prevent processing.

We will review complete requests within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only;

Processing time depends on your payment provider.

6.Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, you must contact us to attempt resolution.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension during investigation.

7.Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
